Job Title: Armed Security Officer (CCW) – Corporate Office

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour

Treston Security Services is hiring a professional Armed Security Officer to protect a high-profile corporate building in El Segundo, CA. This is a stable weekday, daytime post in a professional environment. Ideal candidates must have prior law enforcement experience, strong communication skills, and hold all required California certifications, including CCW, BSIS Guard Card, and Exposed Firearm Permit.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior Law Enforcement Experience

• Valid California CCW (Concealed Weapons Permit)

• Valid BSIS Guard Card

• Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit

• CPR / First Aid Certified

• Minimum 2 years of armed security experience

• Clean background and driving record

• Reliable transportation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties:

• Maintain a professional and armed security presence on-site

• Monitor entry/exit points and manage access control

• Conduct routine foot patrols inside and outside the property

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations as needed

• Write clear and detailed daily activity and incident reports

• Maintain strong communication with property managers and company dispatch

• Deter suspicious activity and enforce client policies

Preferred Skills:

• De-escalation and conflict resolution

• Familiarity with visitor management & CCTV systems

• Experience in corporate or high-rise security settings

• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
