Hourly Rate: $24.00-$26.00 (with opportunity for commission)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to help us grow our security services business in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  • Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote [Your Company Name] and generate leads.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  •  Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the security services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Nashville market and its business landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
