Job Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding Treston Security Services' client base and strengthening relationships with existing clients. This position requires a results-driven individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to identify opportunities, generate leads, and build long-lasting partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Research and identify potential clients through networking, online tools, and market analysis.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Client Outreach:
    • Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce Treston Security Services' solutions.
    • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Understand client needs and customize security solutions to address their challenges.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align client expectations with service capabilities.
    • Provide feedback to improve offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the security or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
