Schedule 2: Wednesday – Sunday, 11:45 AM – 8:15 PM

Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour (DOE)
Parking: Not provided until probation period is successfully completed
Uniform: Provided upon hire

About the Position

Treston Security Services is seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for a retail client located on Hollywood Blvd in Los Angeles, CA. Officers will maintain a visible presence inside and outside the store to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff while deterring theft, loitering, and unwanted activity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible presence throughout the store and surrounding area.

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service while maintaining situational awareness.

• Deter theft, trespassing, and disruptive behavior through proactive patrols and engagement.

• Control access at the store entrance and monitor foot traffic.

• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents or disturbances.

• Complete accurate and detailed daily activity and incident reports.

• Communicate effectively with store management, Treston supervisors, and law enforcement as needed.

Requirements

• Valid California Guard Card (required).

• Prior retail, loss prevention, or asset protection experience preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability required.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from site.
