Unarmed Bike & Foot Patrol Security Officer

Location: Baldwin Hills, CA
Schedule: Friday - Monday, 0600 - 1430
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate

Position Overview: Treston Security Services is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Unarmed Bike & Foot Patrol Security Officers for a Homeowners Association (HOA) in Baldwin Hills. As a security officer in this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises while patrolling on foot and by bicycle.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the HOA property on foot and by bicycle
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents to the appropriate authorities
• Interact with residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide a visible deterrent to criminal activity and maintain a safe environment
• Report and document any security incidents or maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Previous security experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule (Friday-Monday, 0600-1430)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift
• Must be physically capable of performing foot and bike patrols
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
