We are currently seeking a skilled Overnight Dispatcher to support our team in maintaining the safety and security of our clients and officers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen sense of judgment, and can operate with minimal supervision, this is the job for you!

Location: South Gate, CA
Shift: Overnight (Weekend availability required)

What We Need From You:

• 1+ year of experience in a dispatching security environment.

• Ability to think on your feet

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends.

• A proactive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly.

• Dispatch security personnel to various locations as needed.

• Maintain accurate logs of all activity and incidents.

• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and emergency responders.

• Ensure smooth operations throughout the overnight shift.
