Start Date: IMMEDIATELY
Pay Rate: $24–$26/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Shifts Available:

• Morning: 0600–1400

• Swing: 1400–2200

• Graveyard: 2200–0600

Treston Security Services, a Veteran Owned & Operated company, is actively seeking highly motivated and professional Tactical Armed Security Guards to join our team in Firebaugh, CA. This is a high-visibility role requiring a strong presence, situational awareness, and a commitment to protecting people and property.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong security presence on-site

• Patrol designated areas to ensure safety and deter criminal activity

• Enforce site rules and protocols

• Respond to incidents swiftly and appropriately

• Write detailed incident and activity reports

• Remain alert and vigilant throughout shift duration

Requirements:

• Valid BSIS Guard Card & Exposed Firearm Permit (California)

• Must have own duty gear & reliable transportation

• Minimum 1 year of armed security or law enforcement/military experience preferred

• Excellent situational awareness and communication skills

• Must be able to work independently and professionally under pressure

• Tactical experience a plus
