Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: 10-hour shifts / Full-Time & Part-Time Available

About the Position

Treston Security Services is seeking professional and reliable Unarmed Security Officers to provide safety and protection at a private retail store located within the Cabazon Outlets.
Officers will be responsible for maintaining a visible and courteous presence, deterring theft, assisting guests, and ensuring the safety of all visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity

• Observe and report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or policy violations

• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner

• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports

• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to staff and shoppers

• Work closely with store management and law enforcement when required

• Uphold site-specific policies and Treston Security standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required)

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Excellent communication and observation skills

• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (10-hour shifts)

• Retail, mall, or loss prevention experience preferred

• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
