Location: Bel Air, California
Pay Rate: $25/hr – $28/hr DOE
Schedule: Thursday-Saturday, 18:00 – 06:00
Start Date: Immediately

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Armed Estate Security Officer to protect a private residence in the Bel Air area. This is a stationary residential security post requiring high situational awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond to threats with discretion and professionalism.

This post is ideal for former military or law enforcement personnel with a proven track record in estate or executive protection.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and patrol residential property and perimeter
  • Maintain access control and gate supervision for guests, vendors, and vehicles
  • Conduct regular property checks and report irregularities or suspicious activity
  • Act as visible deterrent while maintaining a discreet and professional demeanor
  • Coordinate with estate staff, emergency responders, and Treston Security management
  • Maintain detailed logs and incident reports using our Proprietary System

Requirements:

  • Valid BSIS Guard Card & Exposed Firearm Permit (required)
  • Active firearm registration and clean background
  • Previous experience in residential, VIP, or executive protection preferred
  • Prior military or law enforcement background strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills
  • Professional appearance (black tactical or suit attire depending on client preference)
  • Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and patrol large properties
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
