Location: South Gate, CA (Headquarters Office)

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Shifts: Morning, Swing, and Graveyard

Pay: $23 - $25 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary:

The Security Scheduler / Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in the heart of our operations. From managing officer schedules and ensuring site coverage to addressing client needs and emergencies in real-time, this role requires someone who thrives under pressure and is passionate about delivering high-quality service and coordination.

 

This is a fast-paced, high-impact position ideal for someone who is highly organized, can think on their feet, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, adjust, and manage daily and weekly officer schedules for multiple client sites

• Monitor attendance and call-offs; promptly arrange replacement officers as needed

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during your shift — handle inquiries, service updates, concerns, or escalations

• Communicate effectively with field supervisors and officers regarding post assignments, expectations, and any site-specific instructions

• Maintain accurate records of schedule changes, incidents, and client interactions in company systems

• Ensure all posts are staffed 24/7 — especially during emergencies, holidays, or high-volume times

• Assist with onboarding new officers into the schedule and communicating their roles

• Provide general administrative support as directed by management

• Support dispatch and monitoring functions during overnight shifts, if applicable

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (scheduling, dispatch, or client service preferred)

• Background in the security industry is highly desirable

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and make quick decisions under pressure

• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to work weekends or holidays, if required based on shift

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
