Schedule: Monday – Friday | 0900 – 1730
Must Be Available for Weekend Coverage as Needed
Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a mission-driven and highly disciplined Security Operations Manager to lead security operations at a high-profile client site in South Gate, CA. This position is critical to the overall success of our field operations team and will require a strategic, hands-on leader who can effectively manage personnel, resolve incidents, maintain compliance, and deliver results under pressure.
As the Security Operations Manager, you will serve as the direct liaison between the client, security personnel, and company leadership. You must be capable of operating independently, managing high expectations, and enforcing strict operational standards to ensure the safety, security, and satisfaction of our client and team.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct oversight of daily security operations at the primary site, including staffing, scheduling, and incident management.

Supervise, mentor, and hold accountable all assigned security officers to ensure performance standards are met or exceeded.

Conduct routine post inspections, uniform checks, and enforce adherence to all SOPs and post orders.

Manage, investigate, and document all incidents, disciplinary actions, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, officers, and company leadership regarding operational status, concerns, and updates.

Respond to emergencies and urgent client concerns with speed, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training of new officers as needed.

Ensure accurate completion and submission of reports, rosters, and operational records.
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in private security or law enforcement.

Active California BSIS Guard Card (required at time of application).

Proven leadership ability with a focus on accountability, team development, and operational excellence.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to remain composed and decisive in high-pressure environments.

Flexibility to work weekends, nights, or respond to after-hours calls as operational needs dictate.

Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License strongly preferred.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing security operations in industrial, municipal, or critical infrastructure environments.

CPR/First Aid, Baton Permit, and/or Firearm Permit (not required but preferred).

Familiarity with security reporting software and timekeeping systems.
