Location: Culver City, CA

Pay Rate: $18/hr - $20/hr DOE

Job Description:

We are seeking professional and dependable Security Officers to join our team at Treston Security Services. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at a large indoor/outdoor facility by performing duties such as access control, foot patrols, policy enforcement, and incident documentation. Officers must maintain a polished appearance in a Treston Security uniform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the facility 
• Conduct foot patrols in and around assigned buildings
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Provide courteous service to clients, guests, and staff
• Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid CA Guard Card and Training Records (Required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of professional security experience
• Must be 18+
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings

Additional Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods
• Clean, professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
