Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22 - $25 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking a Recruiter / Hiring Coordinator to support our growing team by identifying, screening, and hiring top-tier security professionals. Position Overview:

As a Recruiter / Hiring Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can develop and implement hiring strategies to ensure we attract and retain high-quality security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with applicants.
  • Assist in the selection, hiring, and onboarding process for security officers and staff.

Candidate Outreach & Engagement:

  • Maintain strong communication with potential candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build a pipeline of candidates.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote Treston Security Services.

Onboarding & Compliance:

  • Ensure all new hires meet licensing and certification requirements.
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and initial training coordination.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Track hiring metrics and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with management to assess staffing needs and recruitment priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition preferred.
  • Experience in security industry recruiting is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
