Job Description:

Treston Security Services is hiring Talent Escort Officers to support celebrity, influencer, and guest-of-honor movements at a high-profile event in San Diego. These officers will escort talent to and from venues, maintain secure back-of-house routes, and assist with crowd coordination when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escort talent discreetly through event zones
• Ensure safety and privacy during transitions
• Coordinate movements with event staff and internal leads
• Monitor surroundings for security threats or crowd issues
• Provide a professional, calm, and confidential presence

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid California Guard Card (REQUIRED)
• Must be 21+ due to access restrictions at venues
• Strong situational awareness and communication skills
• Prior experience with talent protection or VIP detail highly preferred
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods

Additional Requirements:

• NDA may be required
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Smartphone required for coordination and documentation
• Professional grooming and uniform adherence required
