Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, Night Shifts

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nightlife Security Manager to oversee nightly security operations at premier nightlife venues in West Hollywood. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the dynamics of nightlife and hospitality security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support on-site security staff to ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff
- Act as the point of contact for venue management, law enforcement, and emergency services
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and assessments to proactively address potential issues
- Enforce venue policies, handle escalations, and de-escalate conflicts when necessary
- Maintain nightly reports, incident logs, and personnel documentation
- Provide training, coaching, and evaluations for security officers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nightlife or hospitality security management
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (required)
- Management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in high-energy and high-volume nightlife environments
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
- Must be available Wednesday through Sunday nights
- Must be LGBTQ+ friendly and able to foster a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience in crowd control and VIP guest handling
- A military or law enforcement background is a plus
