About the Position

Treston Security Services is seeking a professional and highly alert Asset Protection Security Officer for a retail location on Hollywood Blvd. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong visible presence inside and outside the store to deter theft, control access, and prevent unwanted or disruptive individuals from entering.

Responsibilities

• Provide a strong physical security presence throughout the store and perimeter areas.

• Control and monitor customer and visitor entry at the store entrance.

• Deter loitering, trespassing, and transient activity around the storefront.

• Conduct frequent roving patrols inside and outside the location.

• Respond promptly and professionally to disturbances or suspicious activity.

• Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity and incident reports.

• Communicate effectively with store management and local authorities when needed.

• Represent Treston Security Services with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Valid California Guard Card required.

• Prior retail, asset protection, or patrol experience preferred.

• Must be reliable, observant, and able to handle public interactions calmly and respectfully.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Professional appearance and demeanor required.

• Must be available to work the assigned schedule (Wed–Sun, 11:45–20:15).

• Reliable transportation (parking not provided).
