Special Event / Convention Security (Anaheim, CA)

Pay Rate: $19 - $22 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview: Treston Security Services is seeking reliable and professional security officers for special event and convention security in Anaheim. The event will take place from March 24 to March 30, 2025, and we are looking to fill a variety of shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in event security or those looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide security for the event venue, ensuring a safe and secure environment for attendees, staff, and vendors
• Monitor and control access points to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas
• Assist with crowd control, directing attendees and providing guidance as needed
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, ensuring the safety of all parties involved
• Patrol the venue and surrounding areas, remaining alert for any suspicious activity
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, staff, and vendors
• Enforce event policies and procedures as directed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in security or event security preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the venue
