Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Pay: $24–$27 per hour, DOE
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)

About the Role:
Treston Security Services is seeking highly professional and reliable Armed Patrol Supervisors to oversee our transitional housing properties in Downtown Los Angeles. This key position ensures the safety of residents, staff, and property by providing leadership to security officers, patrolling multiple sites, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive patrols of multiple transitional housing sites

• Supervise and mentor on-site security officers

• Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and support

• Write clear, accurate incident reports and shift summaries

• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, or unusual activity in a professional manner

• Ensure officers are following post orders and company policies

• Assist with on-site training and performance evaluations

• Maintain high visibility to deter unauthorized activity

Requirements:

• Valid BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit (Required)

• Clean driving record (Required – must be insurable)

• Prior supervisory experience preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to lead by example and coach officers professionally

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Experience working in transitional housing or similar environments is a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
